THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The quality is pathetic, and the layout are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd acquired something usable instead. Save your dollars, folks
